They are committed to maintaining the health of Lake Superior and its fish; therefore, they collaborate closely with the Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) on fisheries research. In partnership with Midwest Laboratories, their whitefish is consistently tested for quality, confirming that Lake Superior Whitefish is high-quality, pure protein loaded with vital omega fatty acids—6 and 9—essential for overall health and well-being.
